Came here from another dentist and realized that I had been receiving inferior cleanings and checks from my previous dentist. "Me and my wife are first time patients of this dental office. Getting appointments is fast, easy and worry free. They will get back to you the soonest or respond at once for availability at your convenience. Staffs are very consistent in reminding about your appointments as well paper works to be done online. All the necessary information needed were done before our appointments. No more paperwork to be done on the appointment day. Thanks, it was really good and helpful. Less stressful, I mean really less stressful.Dental office is clean and tidy as well as the common bathroom which is handicapped accessible. Front desk staffs are hospitable, kind, friendly and polite. Laura, dental staff took our x-rays and pictures as easy as can be within minimal time with precision and accuracy. In just a matter of minutes we’re already with our hygienists. Joann for me and Elena for my wife. They take good care of us very well. You can see and feel how they perform their job. Absolutely, wonderful and amazing. They did it with love, care, expertise and dedication. Dr. Shojai explained to me all the necessary remedial measures for my treatment plan in a conventional way, explaining different options and was able to schedule it at once. He’s so nice, knowledgeable and good listener. He spent ample time with patients. Same thing of experience was relayed to me by my wife. Hana, front desk staff handled our scheduling in a very efficient way , spent a lot of time looking for appropriate schedules for me and my wife at our most convenient way subject to availability of their staff too.She also explained the estimated cost for our next treatment visit. She’s really indeed so nice in helping us and lots of patience in understanding our concerns. It was really a wonderful great experience we had. "Dr. Shervin and his staff are absolutely the best. They are professional, friendly and truly care about their patients. I recently had a tooth extraction done by an oral surgeon and had some issues. The oral surgeon was not available so I contacted Sandhill Dental, not only did they have me come in immediately, Dr. Shervin listened to my issues, took an X ray and took the necessary steps to reduce the swelling, the need for an antibiotic, address the pain and offer solutions to alter my mouth guard so that I could continue using it during this healing phase when my mouth and jaw were so sore. He and his staff are patient and so knowledgeable -they are awesome!"
